• This Resolution authorizes formal rejection of all bids under Solicitation 21-68FP Mowing and Cleanup Services for Street Locations.

o The City issued a solicitation (21-68FP) for the Mowing and Cleanup Services for Street Locations
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 673 matching eBid Supplier Notifications
o Including 29 Historically Underutilized Business Supplier Notifications
• Out of 673 supplier notifications, four (4) bids were received on October 7, 2021.
• It was determined by Street Department Staff that it would be more cost and time effective to the City by adding these mow locations onto existing contract 21-24FP Mowing and Grounds Maintenance managed by the City’s Parks and Recreation Department.

• Funding for these services is budgeted for in accounts 015-2111-413-8554 and 001-4606-433-8516
