RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:      
·      Staff recommends approval of the proposed alley abandonment.
 
ITEM SUMMARY:  
·      The applicant is proposing to abandon an unnamed alley (approximately 0.09 acres) located between Lot 1A and Lot 2C, Block 23 of the Waddill Addition.  At present, the entire portion of this alley proposed to be abandoned is unimproved.  None of the adjacent lots use the right-of-way for access and the adjacent property owners have signed the petition to abandon the alley.
