ITEM SUMMARY:
· This Ordinance was created to establish the rules for the skatepark at Gabe Nesbitt Community Park, that is set to open in the Spring 2013.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· The skatepark rules were developed after comparing similar rules from skateparks throughout the country and in surrounding cities.
· There has been citizen input in the development of the skatepark rules.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
· The skatepark signage is to be installed in accordance with the construction contract.
