RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• The City Council will receive a presentation from the City Manager regarding the potential development of a hotel in Craig Ranch and if sufficient information is provided may provide direction for the next step in the process.

• The City Manager will present information to the City Council regarding the potential for the development of a hotel in the Craig Ranch development.
• Council will have an opportunity to discuss the potential for a hotel and if sufficient information is available, the Council may provide direction for the next step.

• The project information is currently being developed and will be presented to the City Council during the meeting.
