ITEM SUMMARY:
· This Resolution authorizes supplemental agreements with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., for additional services for the design of the Historic Flour Mill Infrastructure Project, for a revised fee not to exceed $490,000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

- A professional services contract with Burns & McDonnell was authorized by the City Council for the design of the Historic Flour Mill Infrastructure Project, for an amount not to exceed $470,000.
- During the design of the improvements, Burns & McDonnell worked extensively with two adjacent property owners to determine the layout of the roundabout proposed for the intersection of Louisiana Street and Greenville Street.
- Burns & McDonnell has submitted a proposal for the additional services required to complete the design of the project, for a revised amount of $477,680, which is an increase of $24,825 above the previous contract amount of $452,855.
- FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
- This Resolution authorizes supplemental agreements with Burns & McDonnell, for a revised total fee not to exceed $490,000.
- Funds are available in the Capital Improvements Program in CO1208.
