                     Consider/discuss master planning efforts for various park parcels.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: 

 

                     Gray Branch park property - 250 acres of undeveloped parkland

o                     Demolition of existing structures

o                     Potential short-term improvements - nature trail, parking lot, signage, etc.

 

                     Douglas property - 300 acres of undeveloped parkland

o                     Feasibility study for conceptual site plan of potential improvements including placement of a building, vehicular drive and circulation, parking and pedestrian circulation.

 

                     Brinkmann property - 230 acres of undeveloped parkland

o                     Future master planning for regional park development

 

                     Greens neighborhood park - 4.5 acres of undeveloped parkland

o                     Discuss conceptual plan ideas for neighborhood park development in anticipation of forthcoming public input process
