· The city's ISO rating has been upgraded from a 2 to a 1.
· This upgrade is a reflection of the improvements to the Fire Department, Public Safety Communications, and the Water Distribution Systems.
· This upgrade is consistent with the vision of the City of McKinney and the Fire Department.
· This upgrade will help keep the city competitive.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· Over the last two years, the Fire Department as well as other departments within the city has been working to meet the requirements for this upgraded rating.
