STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the proposed preliminary final plat due to its conformance with the subdivision ordinance and all applicable standards of the city.
Subsequent to receiving final plat approval, the applicant shall also be required to satisfy the conditions shown on the Standard Conditions for Preliminary Final Plat Checklist, attached, prior to the issuance of any necessary development permits, building permits, or filing of the plat for record.
ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is proposing to subdivide approximately 41.54 acres into 109 lots and 8 common areas for single family residential uses.
Per the provisions of the city’s subdivision ordinance, the proposed plat has satisfied the following requirements for a preliminary final replat.
