STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends that the public hearing be continued and the item tabled to the January 25, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting due to notification signs not being posted on the subject property in the timeframe required by the Zoning Ordinance.

ITEM SUMMARY:   The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 0.62 acres of land, generally for residential uses. More specifically, the proposed rezoning request modifies the standards to allow for the construction of a new accessory dwelling unit on the south side of the property.
