RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approval of ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• This is a budget amendment for the Robinson Ridge Neighborhood Park project to allow for additional resources to construct the project as designed.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• An accompanying Resolution for a construction contract is also on this agenda for City Council approval.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Annual Budget and the 2023-2027 Capital Improvements Program by transferring $1,225,649 from the Parkland Dedication Fund - Zone 1 to the Parks Construction Fund and appropriating the funds into the Robinson Ridge Neighborhood Park Project PK1830.
• With this amendment, the total project budget will increase from be $3,204,947 to $4,430,596.
• Upon approval of the accompanying construction contract, $76,983.95 will remain in project PK1830.
