ITEM SUMMARY:
• Éclair Bistro is requesting $15,000 for the advertising, marketing and promotion of a digital projection project implemented within the restaurant.
• The digital projection provides a unique and entertaining dining experience. Éclair is the only restaurant in the State of Texas with digital projection.
• Implementation is scheduled to begin in July, 2018.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The mission of Éclair Bistro is to provide a unique and exquisite dining experience while providing quality food, presentation and service to customers.
• The goal of Éclair Bistro is to be known nationwide for food, service, music and digital projection.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• MCDC’s allocation for Promotional and Community Event grants for Cycle II is $75,000.
• MCDC has not granted promotional and community event grant funding for Éclair Bistro in the past.
