• McKinney Senior Living Community, L.P. is applying for funding with the TDHCA for an age-restricted (senior) multi-family project in Craig Ranch.
• Under the HOME funds program, the application is not complete unless the local government passes a Resolution supporting the application.
• The passage of a Resolution in the form included herewith does not obligate the City financially or legally regarding any necessary land use/zoning approvals required to build the project.
