ITEM SUMMARY:
· This Ordinance amends expenditures in the 2013-2014 Budget to provide funds to repair the Oak Hollow Dam.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· Parks Department identified a significant leak in the soil adjacent to the spillway wing wall of the upper pond.
· Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers, Inc. was contracted to perform an emergency site assessment and conceptual plan for the spillway repair.
· The plan provided a construction estimate not to exceed $50,400
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
· Increase Expenditures in Surface Water Drainage Fund (Fund 6) by $50,400
· Decrease Fund Balance in Surface Water Drainage Fund (Fund 6) by $50,400
