RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Award annual service contract 12-15SC to provide Debris Hauling Services on an “as needed” basis.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• Bid opening for Bid Number 12-15SC was held on March 23, 2012
• Bid request was advertised and specifications were made available via the internet
• Total of three (3) bids were received
• Recommended as best evaluated bid is Rose Contracting of McKinney, Texas
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Contract shall commence on date of award and continue for a one (1) year period with two (2) one year renewal options.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funds will be encumbered as needed for the jobs that may arise during this contract period.
