RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Discussion on nominating candidate(s) to the Board of Directors to the Central Appraisal District.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• The City of McKinney has 200 votes to cast in the election of the Board of Directors for the Central Appraisal District
• The terms of office will be two years beginning January 1, 2012.
• Each voting unit may nominate from one to five candidates
• A written resolution from the presiding officer should include the name and address of each candidate nominated.
• The Resolution must be delivered to the Chief Appraiser before October 15, 2011
• Current Board of Directors are:
o Wayne Mayo, Chair
o Rondal Carlisle
o Leo Fitzgerald
o Kenneth Maun
o Gary Rodenbaugh
o Roy Wilshire
