ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the Interim City Manager to execute a contract and all necessary change orders with McMahon Contracting, LP for the construction of Lake Forest Drive Lanes 5 and 6 from SH 121 to McKinney Ranch Parkway for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,970,000.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Civil Consulting Group, PLLC, prepared the construction plans for this project.
* No right-of-way was acquired for this project as the two additional lanes on Lake Forest Drive will be constructed in the existing median.
* Five bids were received for this project on July 23, 2015. The following is a summary of the bids:
