ITEM SUMMARY: These are the official, executed minutes of the July 16, 2015 regular meeting of the McKinney Airport Development Corporation (MADC).
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• These minutes were prepared by the Airport Staff as a summary of the July 16, 2015 MADC meeting in accordance with Sec. 551.021 of the Government Code which provides as follows:
(a) A governing body shall prepare and keep minutes or make a recording
of each open meeting of the body.
(b) The minutes must:
(1) State the subject of each deliberation.
(2) Indicate each vote, order, decision, or other action taken.
• These minutes were prepared from hand-written notes taken by the Airport Staff, a written comment submitted by the MADC Secretary/Treasurer, and an audio recording.
• The Airport Staff believes that these minutes adequately and appropriately summarize and incorporate the subject of each deliberation and indicates each vote, order, decision and/or other actions taken.
• These minutes were reviewed and approved by signature of the Board officer presiding over the meeting.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY: NA
BOARD OR COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
• These minutes were not presented to the McKinney Airport Development Corporation Board for review or approval at a subsequent regular meeting because there was no subsequent regular meeting approved or scheduled by the MADC Board.
