ITEM SUMMARY:
• Youth Ballet of TX was awarded an Outreach Grant of $3,000 on October 17, 2019
• The Outreach Grant partially subsidized the cost of “Krakatuk: A Nutcracker Prequel”
• Youth Ballet of TX is now requesting reimbursement of these previously awarded funds
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Two performances were held in McKinney, with a total of 410 in attendance. They sold 396 tickets and comped 14.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• TX Youth Ballet reported actual total expenses of $15,551.
• After this reimbursement, $5,600 remains in Outreach Grants
