ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution awards a contract to Signature Commercial Printing, ColorWorks Printing, Trend Offset Printing, OfficeMax ImPress Print and Document, Print Tyme Printing and Graphics, Office Depot, Alphagraphics, Frisco Printing and Graphics Center, 1 Stop Print and Office Supply, and Dimaco to provide custom printing to the City of McKinney on an as needed basis.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The City of McKinney issued an invitation to bid (13-18FP) for custom printing in June 2013.
* Bid opening of 13-18FP was held on June 20, 2013.
* Total of ten (10) bids were received.
* Recommend awarding by section to the following as best value bids:
o Section I: Corporate Identity Items - Signature Commercial Printing in Garland, TX
o Section II: Forms - 1 Stop Print and Office Supply in Richardson, TX
o Section III: Unspecified Custom Printing - All vendors listed below as approved vendors
* Signature Commercial Printing - Garland
* ColorWorks Printing - Richardson
* Trend Offset Printing - Carrollton
* OfficeMax ImPress Print and Document - Garland
* Print Tyme Printing and Graphics - Garland
* Office Depot - Fort Worth
