ITEM SUMMARY:
· Bid opening of 14-05FP was held on October 10, 2013.
· Invitation to bid was advertised and specifications were made available via the internet.
· Total of three (3) bids were received.
· Recommended as best value bid is Ferguson Waterworks of McKinney, Texas.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· Contract shall commence on date of award and continue for a one (1) year period with four (4) one year renewal options.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
· Funds will be encumbered from various accounts in Fund 003 as needed for the jobs that may arise during this contract period.
