· The Human Resources Department requested Requests for Proposals for a search firm to recruit an Assistant City Manager.
· Affion Public was the firm selected as the most qualified to conduct the search.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· The Assistant City Manager position was approved during 2014.
· Barry Shelton has been serving in the role as Interim Assistant City Manager until a permanent appointment is made.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
· The contract is for an amount not to exceed $21,000 and will be paid out of the Human Resources account number 001-1211-413-8528.
