RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approval of Ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• There is a companion item to execute a contract with Freese & Nichols, Inc. to provide consulting engineering services for the Bloomdale Road Pump Station Site Development Project.
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2015 - 2016 Annual Budget and the 2016 - 2020 Capital Improvements Program by transferring from the Utility Impact Fee Fund to the Utility Construction Fund for WA8132 - Bloomdale Road Pump Station Site Development Project.
• Adjustments will be made to the following projects in order to have already-issued funds available for the current project:
O Transferring $2,700,000 Utility Impact Fee Fund to the Utility Construction Fund; and
O Appropriating $2,700,000 from the Utility Construction Fund for the WA8132 - Bloomdale Road Pump Station Site Development Project.

• The Amendment of the FY2015 - 2016 annual CIP budget will create available funding for the WA8132 Bloomdale Road Pump Station Site Development in the amount of $2,700,000.
