· Adoption of budget amendment ordinance
ITEM SUMMARY:
· The McKinney Performing Arts Center desires to purchase two HVAC units. These units will replace the existing units located on the roof of the MPAC building.
· The funding of these units will be provided by a rebate from the TXU Energy Efficiency Rebate Program.

· Cost of the HVAC units is $48,214.
