STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the proposed minor replat due to its conformance with the subdivision ordinance and all applicable standards of the city.

 

Subsequent to receiving final plat approval, the applicant shall also be required to satisfy the conditions shown on the Standard Conditions for Minor Replat Checklist, attached, prior to the issuance of any necessary development permits, building permits, or filing of the plat for record.

 

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is proposing to subdivide one lot, approximately 4.09 acres, into two lots, Lot 10R (approximately 1.97 acres) and Lot 11(approximately 2.12 acres).
