RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Award annual contract 11-23FP to provide Concrete Street Repair on an “as needed” basis.

• Bid request was advertised and specifications were made available via the internet
• Total of two (2) bids were received
• Recommended as best evaluated bid is PWR Concrete from McKinney, TX. Recommended as second best evaluated bid is Jim Bowman from Plano, TX.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Contract shall commence on date of award and continue for a three (3) year period with two (2) one year renewal options.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funds will be encumbered as needed for the jobs that may arise during this contract period.
