ITEM SUMMARY:
• This resolution awards a contract to Matchpoint, Inc. for leak detection services.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City of McKinney issued a request for proposals (15-68FP) for leak detection services. There were three proposals submitted with Matchpoint, Inc. being the apparent low bidder and highest evaluated bid with a price not to exceed $44,750.00. The work will be performed within the oldest section of the water system (eastern boundary to Hardin Road) where main line leaks are more likely to be occurring.

• Funding is available in account number 003-8205-503-8516.
