ITEM SUMMARY:
• Staff is requesting from the McKinney Arts Commission Project Budget an amount not to exceed $250 to provide refreshments for the July 26, 2016 mural unveiling at Cadillac Pizza.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The First City-Sponsored Public Art Mural is complete and scheduled to be officially “unveiled” on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at the site of the mural, the Cadillac Pizza building.
• Staff is requesting funds not to exceed $250 from the McKinney Arts Commission Project Budget to provide a snack sampling of pizza and bottled water for attendees.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• On October 6, 2015, Resolution #2015-10-108, the City Council allocated $15,000 to the McKinney Arts Commission to pay for Special Projects.
• The $250 will be paid from this fund leaving a balance of $7,500.
