ITEM SUMMARY:
• On October 17, 2019, the MAC Board approved an Outreach Grant to Jump Into Art for $3,000
• The grant provided 40 scholarships for Fall 2019 ($3,050) and 27 for Spring 2020 ($2,228), Samaritan Inn (Art in a Box) - $400, Empty Bowls (Pottery pieces) -$330, MAC Town Christmas -$300
• Jump Into Art is now requesting reimbursement of this previously awarded grant
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Outreach Grants provide financial assistance for the costs associated with a single project, or if the applicant is applying for the first time.
• Outreach Grants can pay up to 50% of eligible project expenses, not to exceed $3,000.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Jump Into Art reported actual total expenses of $6,308.
• After reimbursement of this $3,000 grant, there will be $2,600 remaining in Outreach grant funds
