· Invitation to bid was advertised and specifications were made available via the internet.
· Total of two (2) bids were received.
· Recommended as best value bid is Total Highway Maintenance of Cedar Hill, Texas.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· Contract shall commence on date of award and continue for a three (3) year period.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
· Funding is available and will be used as needed for the jobs that may arise during this contract period.
