ITEM SUMMARY:
· This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract with Professional Service Industries, Inc. for material testing services during the construction of the US 75 Utility Relocations Project from North of Wilmeth Road to North of Bloomdale Road, for an amount not to exceed $12,500.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· Professional Service Industries, Inc. is a material testing firm with an office in McKinney.
· Professional Service Industries, Inc. submitted a proposal for professional services in the amount of $11,366.50.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
· This Resolution authorizes a contract with Professional Service Industries, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $12,500.
· Funds are available in the Capital Improvements Program in project WA9120 ($12,500).
