ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes a contract with Terracon Consultants, Inc, for materials testing services for the construction of Jefferson Street, from Rockwall to Healy, and Lindsey Street, from Elm to Rockwall, for an amount not to exceed $38,000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Terracon Consultants, Inc, has successfully provided similar services on previous City projects.
• Terracon Consultants, Inc, has submitted a proposal for professional services for this project in the amount of $34,090.00.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes a contract with Terracon Consultants, Inc, for an amount not to exceed $38,000.
• Funds are available in the Capital Improvements Program in CO2127.
