RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:                     

                     Staff recommends approval of the ratification of the ordinance attached hereto as specified by the City Council’s motion and approval on November 2, 2010.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: 

                     On November 2, City Council approved the proposed specific use permit/site plan with the conditions as specified on the attached ordinance.  The final version of the ordinance was not provided to City Council for review and action on November 2nd since changes to the special ordinance provisions proposed by Staff were made by the Planning and Zoning Commission and then subsequently by City Council. The item is on the consent agenda for ratification of the ordinance for the Specific Use Permit as approved on November 2nd for item 10-082SUP/SP.  The applicant has confirmed that the ordinance is consistent with the Council’s motion approving the SUP.
