ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes award of a construction contract with A T Construction of Arlington, Texas for the Rehabilitation of 1102 W. Cole Street, McKinney, Texas 75069.
• Rehabilitation is for a Low Income Elderly Disabled Household Living in Substandard Conditions.
• Owner Occupied Home Located West of Highway 5 and Southwest of Downtown.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued an Invitation to Bid (20-11CC) for the Rehabilitation of 1102 W. Cole Street on November 8, 2020.
• Out of 1,063 supplier notifications, four (4) bids were received on December 3, 2020.

• This Resolution authorizes a contract and all necessary change orders with A T Construction, for an amount not to exceed $103,610.10.
