RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
· Appoint member to the NTMWD Board
ITEM SUMMARY:
· North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) provides water for 13 member cities.
· The Board is comprised of members from each of the member cities.
· Joe Joplin and Charles McKissick are the two representatives on the Board for the City of McKinney
· Charles McKissick's term of office on the North Texas Municipal Water District Board expires on May 31, 2014.
· Mr. McKissick has expressed a desire to continue to represent the City of McKinney on the NTMWD Board.
· The term of office for this appointment will be from June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2016.
