BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City’s 2016 Strategic Plan includes the goals of sustainable, unique neighborhoods, improved mobility within, to and from McKinney and a vibrant historic district including an authentic downtown and neighborhoods. As part of that effort, the City adopts an annual capital improvement program consistent with those goals.
• Material related to the Parks and Recreation Department CIP was presented to City Council on October 24, 2016.
• Highlights of that presentation will be provided to the PROS Board at their next regular meeting.
