ITEM SUMMARY:
* Sanchez Charities, LLC is requesting $517,192.00 for costs related to horizontal infrastructure and site development costs for NeighborHub, which will be located at White Street and Redbud Drive in McKinney.
* The McKinney NeighborHub campus is designed to fulfill a vision of providing comprehensive community support through strategically planned facilities.
* The project includes construction of three buildings totaling 10,000 square feet to serve as a central hub for various community services, addressing significant gaps and overlaps in current service provisions.
* The buildings will host a range of services from core partners including Hope Restored Mission, Community Lifeline Center, Streetside Showers, and Emmanuel Labor.
