STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends that the public hearing be continued and the item be tabled until the November 8, 2011 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, due to an error in property owner noticing. Staff will renotice prior to the November 8, 2011 meeting.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is requesting to rezone 80 single family residential lots totaling approximately 13.07 acres, in order to reduce the rear yard setback, required number of trees on each lot, and required masonry percentage. The subject property is part of a larger platted residential subdivision, Heritage Bend.
