ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes a contract with Kleinfelder to provide testing services related to the construction of the McKinney Tennis Complex at Gabe Nesbitt Park in the amount not to exceed $35,000
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Kleinfelder is a material testing firm with an office in McKinney and has submitted a proposal with an estimate for their professional services in the amount of $32,000.
• Kleinfelder performed the initial geotechnical investigation for this site.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funding for this project is currently available in the Capital Improvements Program in PK 5029; this is not a request for additional project funds.
