STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends that the public hearing be closed and the item be tabled indefinitely due to a noticing error. Staff will re-notice this item for the May 13, 2014 meeting.
 
ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 101.69 acres of land, located on the southeast corner of Stacy Road and Alma Road from "AG" - Agricultural District to "PD" - Planned Development District and "REC" - Regional Employment Center Overlay District, generally to modify the development standards. More specifically, the applicant is requesting to develop the property with multiple land uses including multi-family residential, single family residential, and neighborhood center uses, as specified in the requested development regulations.
