RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:      
·      Approval of Ordinance.
 
ITEM SUMMARY:  
·      This Ordinance amends the FY 2012-2013 annual budget and the 2013 -2017 CIP budget by transferring $200,000 from Roadway Impact Fees (Zone H) and $374,893 Streets Construction fund balance (ST0000) for a total $574,893.
  • This item adds Project ST4217 into the Capital Improvements Program.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  
·      The Chapter 380 Agreement with McKinney Seven Stacy, LP (13-686) is a companion for the construction of Silverado Trail.   
  • This roadway creates a needed link and also improves fire response time in the area.
·      This Ordinance creates a new CIP project and provides the funds needed for the completion of the roadway and bridge.
 
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:  
·      The attached financial summary details the transfer of funds from Fund 21 Fund Balance and Roadway Fee Zone H.
