ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 0.92 acres of land, located on the southwest corner of Virginia Parkway and Custer Road from "PD" - Planned Development District to "PD" - Planned Development District, generally to modify development standards and to allow motor vehicle fuel sales with facilities to fuel a maximum of twelve (12) vehicles at one time.
