                     Staff recommends approval of the proposed rezoning request.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: 

                     The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 64.21 acres of land from “PD” - Planned Development District, generally for commercial uses, to “SF5” - Single Family Residential District and “TH” - Townhome Residential District, generally for single family detached and attached residential uses.
