ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Annual Budget by appropriating $52,000 from fund balance in the Airport Fund that will be used for purchasing and replacing face caps pertaining to the Airport.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• McKinney Air Center window face caps are leaking causing water damage and delaminating. Tenants and customers have complained about the appearance of the building and water damage due to the face caps.

• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Annual Budget by appropriating $52,000 from Airport fund.
