ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends expenditures in the 2011-2012 Budget, including the 2012 - 2016 Capital Improvements Program by appropriating available funds from Roadway Impact Fee Service Area L and incorporating them into the Capital Improvements Program in the budget for Airport Drive (ST8145).
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The CIP budget for the Airport Dive project will be finalized and closed out during the current fiscal year.
• The Roadway Impact Fee Service Area L includes funds in the amount of $50,726.
• Service Area L funds must be used on projects located within the designated service area as shown on the attached exhibit and Airport Drive is the only eligible project.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance authorizes a Budget Amendment that appropriates $50,726 from Roadway Impact Fee Service Area L into the CIP budget for Airport Drive (ST8145).
