RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:      
·      Staff recommends that the public hearing be closed and the item tabled indefinitely. Staff will re-notice prior to an upcoming City Council meeting.
 
ITEM SUMMARY:  
·      The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 19.68 acres of land, located approximately 1,400 feet south of U.S. Highway 380 (University Drive) and on the west side of Bois D'Arc Road, from "AG" - Agricultural District to "RS 45" - Single Family Residence District.
 
·      At the August 19, 2014 City Council meeting, the Council voted 7-0-0 to close the public hearing and table the item to the September 16, 2014 City Council meeting to give the applicant time to address Council's concerns, including density and architectural standards.
