ITEM SUMMARY:
• This resolution authorizes an amendment to increase the current contract with Ralph Andersen & Associates by $8,600 to include the following additional services:
o Not to exceed: $2,600 for Community Meeting
o Not to exceed: $6,000 for Expanded Background Investigations
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City entered into a contract with Ralph Andersen & Associates of Rocklin, CA to perform executive search services for the recruitment of a City Manager for an amount not to exceed $28,200.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The total not to exceed amended contract is $36,800
• Funding is available in 001-1211-413-8528
