ITEM SUMMARY:
* Adriatica Business Association submitted an application for a grant, in the amount of $98,392, to complete a publicly accessible "Harbor Park" at Adriatica Village to enhance physical appeal and provide a safer environment for the thousands of residents and visitors who utilize the Village for activities, events, celebrations and photography.
* The project will be the culmination of many projects over the years that enhance the Village and provide connectivity throughout the Village and to its neighboring residential and commercial developments.
* This project proposes building amphitheater-style seating into the slope facing the stage at the harbor area by building multi-level 18" retaining wall seating and grade level observation decks to the south of the seating area.
* This project also proposes the completion of traffic pattern connections by adding 320 lineal feet of cobblestone stamped walkway and adding irrigation and sod.
