RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Award annual contract 11-35FP to provide Water & Wastewater Parts on an “as needed” basis.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Contract shall commence on date of award and continue for a one (1) year period with two (2) one year renewal options.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funds will be encumbered from various accounts in Fund 003 as needed for the jobs that may arise during this contract period.
