* Approval of Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the Interim City Manager to execute a contract and all necessary change orders with Felix Construction Company for the construction of the WA4342 Gerrish Street Pump Station Improvements Project for a total contract amount not to exceed $766,000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter, LLP, prepared the construction plans for this project.
* Six (6) bids were received for this project on December 17, 2015. Following is a summary of the bids:
