ITEM SUMMARY:
• FY 2014/2015 has been a very active and productive year for the department and PROS Board.
• The PROS Board has been instrumental in creating a strategic plan that will allow staff to manage growth of the city and departmental operations in a cohesive manner and one that is aligned with policy direction of the City Council.
• A list of accomplishments will be reviewed during the meeting.
• These accomplishments are included in the attached presentation.
• These accomplishments are a reflection of the quality and dedication of the members who currently serve or have recently served on the PROS Board.
